Shipping policy

Where we ship. Retail orders ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). We cannot ship retail orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. Our kits include butane, which must travel by ground and cannot go by air.

How we ship. All retail orders ship by UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver. Orders of $100 or more ship free by economy ground.

When we ship. Orders placed by 12 pm ET on a business day leave our warehouse the next business day. Engraved items need 5 extra business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include our processing time.

Holiday deadlines. To arrive by December 24, order by 12 pm ET on December 14. For engraved items, order by 12 pm ET on December 10. Ground transit from our Ohio warehouse can take up to 5 business days to the West Coast.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also track it in your account or in the Shop app.

Lost or damaged packages. Contact Help@MiddletonMixology.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
